After you have been contacted to serve a Birmingham Tres Dias  Weekend, use this form to confirm your commitment, submit your weekend team fee, and update your contact information.

If you prefer to pay your team fee with check or cash, please select "Pay Later" and bring your team fee to the first Team Meeting. If you pay online please consider donating an extra $5 to cover our merchant provider fee.
